The sales and marketing manager is responsible for managing all sales and marketing activities for the organization

Duties of the Sales and Marketing Manager

  • Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
  • Setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within the team.
  • Working with sales executives on approaches to building business.
  • Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice.
  • Ensuring the sales team update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
  • Performance managing underperforming members of the sales team.
  • Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
  • Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Reporting on activities towards targets to the company directors.
  • Researching potential target industries and clients.
  • Attending meetings with clients alongside sales consultants.
  • Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum qualification MBA/MBS.
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in online advertising or any relevant industry.
  • Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
  • Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
  • Should own 2 or 4 wheeler with valid license.
  • Should bring their own laptop to work.

Duties of the Sales Executive

  • Assist in product developments.
  • Communicate the value of company solutions to potential clients.
  • Attending meetings with clients.
  • Generate new business while also growing existing client accounts.
  • To self-generate leads and/or follow up on leads generated through referral, promotions etc. Convert those leads to clients, develop existing accounts and close sales quickly.
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
  • Investigating and resolving queries and concern as raised by clients.
  • Achieving monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Regularly update all the data related to lead and sales, onto the company system.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum qualification BBA/BBS
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales position preferably in online advertising or any relevant
  • Self-motivated and organized individual.
  • Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds.

Duties of the Collection Officer

  • Assist Accounts Manager
  • Generate invoices of clients using information provided by sales and marketing team
  • Notify clients of due amount by mail, telephone, or personal visit to solicit payment.
  • Receiving payment and posting amount to client's account on company system.
  • Analyze payment patterns and informed concerned departments on the client payment status
  • Preparing statements
  • Maintain keeping records of collection and status of accounts in accounting software and company system.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum qualification +2
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in accounts and collection
  • Good knowledge of Nepalese Accounting & Tax System
  • Good knowledge of software like Tally
  • Should own a 2 wheeler
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Good communication skills

Duties of the Graphic designer include:

  • Supporting the marketing team with any Graphic Design requirements.
  • Designing all the company’s graphics including all sales and marketing materials such as catalogues, online graphics and branded materials.
  • Working alongside marketing and co-ordinate with clients to develop graphics as per client’s business requirements.
  • Managing and maintaining a content database of all online and offline marketing materials and content.
  • Managing artwork to ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to throughout the company’s materials.
  • Taking down design briefs and translating these into creative but practical branded materials.
  • Making design decisions based on analytical data and user testing results.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum qualification +2
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as Graphic Designer preferably in advertising or any relevant industry.
  • Creative and passionate about graphic design with an organized and time sensitive approach to work.
  • Ability to produce creative material in short deadlines is essential.
  • Expertise in graphic design software packages such as In Design, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of Adobe premiere, Adobe After effects, HTML, Dreamweaver and Content Management Systems is a plus.

  • To design Web-based interfaces such as sites, applications. You will turn interfaces into rich user experiences, working with our team as you model user behavior, create wireframes, and design interface concepts and graphic layouts.

  • Experience in designing and iterating on web apps
  • Quantitative and user behavior analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Outstanding Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jquery and Bootstrap or equivalent framework
  • Passion for creating experiences in online environments
