Duties of the Sales Executive

  • Maintain good knowledge of market, targeted audience and competition.
  • Follow up and convert leads to clients.
  • Communicate the value of company solutions to potential clients.
  • Sales pitching and presentation.
  • Attending meetings with clients, Investigating and resolving queries and concern as raised by clients.
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates in digital marketing and latest trends in the market.
  • Achieving/Exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Regularly update all the data related to lead and sales, onto the company system.
  • Reporting of all activities on a regular basis.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Qualification Bachelor’s degree (IT background are mostly Prefered) 
  • Previous experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Ambitious, Self-motivated and organized individual.
  • Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Should bring their own laptop at work

Employment Duration

  • 3 months’ probation period

Duties of the Client Relationship Officer

  • Collaborate with the company’s multiple internal departments
  • Communication and coordination with the clients
  • Prepare reports
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with the company’s clients
  • Conduct research and prepare content
  • Develop sales proposals
  • Regular reporting of all the activities.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Understanding of customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Manage time for every client efficiently
  • Ability to conduct research and analysis
  • Ability to lead, take decisions and do multi-tasking

Duties

  • Supporting the marketing team with any Graphic Design requirements.
  • Work in close coordination with the marketing team to design effective creative designs for the client.
  • Work with design team to create and design content.
  • Strictly follow Brand design guidelines to produce designs which resonates with the client’s brand.
  • Develop a good understanding of online advertising guidelines [size, formats, rules, policies, etc.]
  • Identify existing and emerging tools of social media marketing needed to execute
  • Develop a good understanding of offline advertising such as Newspaper / Magazine / Brochure / Catalogues / Flyers / Boards etc. [Paper formats, advertising size format, print quality, resolution, print formats, print design tools, etc.]
  • Managing and maintaining a content database of all online and offline marketing materials and content.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs.
  • Use the appropriate color and layouts for each graphics.
  • Taking down design instructions from the client and/or team and translating these into creative but practical branded materials.
  • Identify existing and emerging tools of designing and stay up to date with the latest design trends in both offline and online media.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Excellent graphics designing skills
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects
  • One should be able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.

Experience:

6 months to 1 year in a similar field

Office Time

  • Full time: 10 am TO 6 pm (8 HOURS)

  • Inclusive of Lunch Break of 45 minutes

Employment Duration

  • 3 months’ probation period
  • 1.5 year’s contract after the probation period.

Duties of the Content Writer

  • Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
  • Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy
  • Ensure that content meets the company or client's needs
  • Conduct research and prepare content
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
  • Regular reporting of all the activities.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in the English language.
  • Passionate about writing content/articles.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Qualification Required

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • BA (major subject- English) are mostly Prefered

Experience:

  • 6 months to 1 year in a similar field

Duties of the Research Analyst

  • Examine the statement to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
  • Compute taxes owed, prepare a tax return, ensure prompt payment
  • Answer customers questions regarding their sales/payment status
  • Locate and notify customers of overdue/pending due accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to collect payment.
  • Persuade clients to clear their due amount and arrange for due payment schedules.
  • Visit clients to collect a payment, visit banks for the official purpose (example cheque/cash deposit, etc)
  • Record information about the financial status of customers and status of collection efforts
  • Prepare/monitor/update accounting vouchers, VAT register, inventory records, customer records, Tally entry, and other related records.
  • Organize and maintain financial records
  • Improve business efficiency where the money is concerned
  • Make best-practices recommendations to management
  • Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or equivalent degree (Specialization in Accounting and finance are highly preferred.)
  • Full knowledge of Tally & MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good People handling and Convincing skill
  • Problem-solving and tactfulness
  • Proper knowledge of TAX and VAT
  • Strong financial analysis skill
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Experience:

  • 1 year and above of relevant experience in the related field.
